There's a sense of mystery swirling around Davido's recent social media activity. The Afrobeats sensation has been dropping enigmatic clues that have his fans in a frenzy of speculation. Since December 1st, he's been sharing cryptic messages on his X account, like “Somethings coming… sign up here,” prompting his fans to join his mailing list for what appears to be some sort of scavenger hunt with clues being spread all over his social media accounts.. The mention of “A Christmas surprise on December 6th” has only deepened the mystery, leading to wild guesses about a potential new single or something more.
The release of Awkue at the end of October was the last time we got new music from Davido. This teasing is causing fans to speculate there may be more on the horizon, possibly sooner than we think, if December 6th is anything to go off on.
